I thought I could find all my answers in science(Physics specifically). But i was terrible wrong. While science does often benefit the world, much of modern theory is vaque and often times no one can really interpret any real meaning from it. It seems that some people want to use science to make us a world of mindless, godless coporate drones. But science can never even try to comprehend the will of God. Having been raised and educated as a catholic, I came to regard religion as a stupid joke. But now, thanks to writers like Tolstoy and Alessandro Manzoni, I realize now, Like Pierre and Andre eventually did, that simple love is the best way to get through life. I love War and Peace, partly because it helped bring me back to Christ. Its also got so much more. Anyone who likes(or loves) War and Peace will equal enjoy Manzoni's The Betrothed(I Promessi Esposi). That is the national novel of Italy. Its history is unpar with Tolstoys and its religious depth is even greater. Not many people in Americaknow about it. So please, pick it up today and tell all your friends about it.
