figurines
Ok, finally get to see that second shelf...I love all that is on there. I like the figurine very much on the left - is that a Dalton or other such name? I like all the doggies. I had a dog collection similar to this one when I was a kid. I still have a few left, but don't have room to display them. The figurines all stand out to me the most - love that boy on the right, too...maybe take them closer - would love to see their details. Nice cabinet - is it lighted?
The figurine on the top shelf on the left I bought when I was in Venice I believe. Its a Guisepe Armani piece. I collect Nao figurines of dogs. Its a cheaper line from Lladro. The boy and dog we bought when we were in Aruba. Yes, my wall unit is lighted. I'll try to take closeup shots of the figurines.
How nice - right from Venice and an Armani as well. I love that figurine of the single girl - looks to be painted finely; I love the pose, too. I am not familar with Nao figurines but I do know of Lladro; I sold a very expensive one on Ebay - the Lladro Afghan (sp?) Hound...someone from Australia bought won the auction. I made a huge profit that year on that one sale. It was a bit tricky to pack, 17 inches tall. It was gorgeous. Nice little figurine from Aruba as, well. Yes, closeups would be great, if you can swing it. Nice that the cabinet lights up, too.
