Is that picture at home or at work? That's a nice office if it's at work.

Yes, it is at work, and I agree: it is nice. The best part is the desk of course: I can choose if I want to work standing or seated. As a matter of fact, I hardly ever sit down unless I have visitors. It's much better for my back to stay on my feet.

I love that desk! I actually have one at home made out of a door, painted white. I keep looking around for a new setup, but can't really afford one currently, and the door actually is nearly as big as your area, and so fits the bill better anyway. But that clean look of that desk and set up is so nice and roomy looking. I like the idea of standing or sitting. In fact I have my door higher but it would be even better higher. One could then stand comfortably. It is better for your back.
So is the wave easy to get used to? They always fascinate me. I like the curved keyboards, also.
By the way, this is a really nice photo of you at work. You look relaxed and happy.

Actually, people say that I usually look relaxed, and when I don't, it's a sure sign that something really smelly has hit the fan . As you say, the table is great, and one can get used to the keyboard in a couple of hours.

You do have a nice office.
I'm struck by the keyboard though. It has weird wve in the middle? Is it suposed to be ergonomic? Or is it only the picture?

It is ergonomic and has served me well for about 10 years, so I'm very used to it, and it is certainly better for my wrists than an ordinary keyboard: I do a lot of typing, so this is important to me.

To further lessen the strain I have taken to using the mouse with my left hand at work, and my right at home. This leads to some comical results sometimes: Only yesterday one of the IT staff needed to do something with my computer. You should have seen him with his arms crossed: right hand on the mouse, placed on the left side of the keyboard, and left hand on the unfamiliar keyboard, using some pretty foul language, while your truly laughed hysterically

  7. My that's a lovely place to work. I'd work more if I had that desk! And I love your plants.

Thank you. As it happens I don't spend so much time behind that desk: I move about quite a bit during the day. As for the plants I spur their growth by talking to them: Every day I tell them : -Grow, you #¤%&#¤! You know where the waste basket is....
