    I need HELP!!!!!!

    I am studying Charles Dickens - Great Expectations - for my GCSE and cannot get my head around the language used. It's just so hard to follow. I need to write an essay on the way Pip changes during the course of the novel from an innocent young boy, to a snobbish young man, and finally into a mature adult. If anyone out there can give me some tips or pointers in the right direction, I would be forever grateful.
