Charley's Aunt

    Hi Andre,
The Play is Charley's Aunt and it is not by O W but by (Walter) Brandon Thomas. Really funny when done properly and with some memorable lines.
Cheers
Anthea

The line is - 'I'm Charleys aunt from Brazil, where the nuts come from, and is spoken by Lord Fancourt Baberly in the play 'Charlies Aunt' by Brandon Thomas.

    quotation

Long ago I remember seeing a movie of one of Wilde's plays which contained the following line, and which I've never been able to find, "I come from Brasil, where the nuts come from."

If anyone knows where this is from, please let me know.
