    Bleak House

    I agree with you. Particular responses to this essay are over critical rather than helpful. I would like to thank the writer of the 'Bleak House' commentary for sharing his opinion and insight.<br>

    As someone studying 'Bleak House' independently this essay has been really useful in helping me to fathom out the true essence of this novel. cos let's face it it's bloody long isn't it!<br><br>I couldn't believe all of the bitter and angry comments surrounding this poor man's opinion. I know that we are all entitled to our own opinion, but I felt the tone of certain responses to the essay were more pretentious and dare is say, patronising than the essay itself which was heralded by some with such disdain.<br><br>I would like to go against the grain and say thankyou for to Mr Chesterson for his astute and helpful essay and just for the record, I liked the potato metahor- keep up the good work!!!
