i love the modern translation about chekhov and would love to collect his complete works-----i hate reading on the computer screen
plus books usually are annotated very well with introduction from professors and editors
so, does anyone have complete collection of short stories
The Norton Critical Edition would probably be a good choice for background, context, criticism, etc.
Constance Garnett has translated most of his stories into English. There are many collections of his works available, but good luck finding them all in one book, there are hundreds !
