I would go back to Hawaii. I love that place. And I don't mean the super touristy areas, like Waikiki, but the quieter places, Lanai, or Maui. It's so calm there, and relaxing, and beautiful. Oh, I'd better stop talking about this. I'm getting depressed now.

Simply could not choose, I am very interested in travelling and hope to visit all over the world before I die. At the moment though I am interested in going to Asia since I just came back from my first European excursion, maybe somewhere near the ocean, somewhere small that I can relax and enjoy the culture. However I would also like to visit Mexico as well fairly soon, drive down there perhaps.... Ahhh we'll jsut have to wait and see .

    Where would I go: Heaven.
Why would I go: I hate it here, and I cannot imagine the bliss I will feel when at last I will become one with God himself.

    REVIVED!

Wow, I was about to answer Prince Edward Isles or something like that (maybe Spain) but then I read Countess' answer and I'd have to agree. Heaven is the place for me.

I would go to Africa. Other than Australia (which I will be visiting next year) and Antarctica, Africa is the only continent I haven't visited. I would love to go on a Safari to Serengeti National Park.

England. As for my reason why, well, there are just too many to list here. But I think it would be nice to get away for awhile. This is the one place that I have always had myself set on going to.

If you ever get the chance to go, make sure you don't get so caught up in the London area that you forget to see the rest of the country. The UK has so much more to offer. I highly reccomend Edinburgh, Swansea, and Yorkshire (esp. Harrogate, where I was lucky enough to live for a couple of years)

Well theres another place in the country I haven't been to yet and I'd go there (right now) because someone I really really miss lives there.
I think I'd like to go to almost every country, just for the sake of going there and experiencing different ways of life etc... I'd like to go to America just to see the similarities and differences to Australia.

Thanks for the recommendations! I originally had it in mind to live in London (well, at least the outskirts - I figure that might be cheaper ) for awhile, but I always wanted to actually travel the countryside and see as many places and towns that I could. So, thanks for giving me some more places to add to my list IF I should ever finally make it over there!

LOL, the outskirts might be cheaper, but I wouldn't count on anything being cheap. When I left, in January, the exchange rate was more than $2 to the Pound You're definitely on the right track with the countryside thing though, esp. during the summer months. The stereotypical dreary, grey weather clears up and it is actually quite beautiful.

I really would like to travel through Russia for some months, starting somewhere at the Black Sea and then going eastwards. I've been to Russia before, but only to the European part of it.

What djy78usa said is quite true: try and see more of the UK if you get the chance to go. Scotland is beautiful!
As for London...I might end up living there for a year or two and I'm dreading it....

Where would I like to go...I've always wanted to see New Zealand, so if I get the chance to make a long trip away, that would be my first choice. Then Japan.
Although, at the moment, I wouldn't mind going somewhere very very sunny, next to the beach.

I wonder why you chose Swansea ('..this lovely, ugly town..' as Dylan Thomas called it) over Cardiff, which is a very 'happening' place at the moment? I live across the estuary from Swansea and while I like the city, I go there infrequently as driving and parking there is a nightmare!

I'm going to South Africa later in the year - touring and trying to see as much of this diverse country as possible in the month I shall be there. Also On my 'places to see' list are Russia and Egypt.
