I watched Dr Who when i was a kid but those Daleks use to scare the bejesus out of me. Watched one of the new episodes recently. Turned it off. Thought it was rubbish. I Also dont like star trek. Stargate on the other hand.....

What scared me most what that little kid with the mask who kept asking "Are you my mummy?" I couldn't sleep for days! Stargate is awesome! It even has the word STAR on it!

Well we'll just have to start our own fan club, won't we now?

NO WAY. Tardis-shaped cookies? THAT IS BRILLIANT.
None of my friends like Doctor Who and they don't see why I'm so...lovey-dovey...about David Tennant. -sigh-

Hey, I'm finally here . For the record, Start Trek fans everywhere, Doctor Who is much better. One, it's British and two, it predates Star Trek.
Also, I quite liked Martha as the last companion. Let's face it, she was smarter than Rose. If Rose had been in the hospital instead of Martha I doubt she'd have made the point about the windows not being airtight (I'm trying not to spoil that episode for those who haven't seen it). I've met a couple of fellow Whovians at Uni. and one said that everyone he spoke to didn't think that David Tennant was as good as the earlier doctors. I couldn't agree because I haven't seen any of the episodes predating Christopher Eccleston. I just don't thing they can top what we've got now. Seriously, they used to have the TARDIS on a wire (I may not have seen those episodes but I've seen Doctor Who Confidential ) and the Daleks, they look like Daleks, sure, they were the Daleks but the ones we have now just look cooler, I think.
As you can guess, I'm kind of cramming in all of the things I would have said had I joined in earlier, now I'm just throwing them all together while I'm in the mood.
In short Doctor Who Rocks and I'll kill anyone who says otherwise .
A brief note on Torchwood;
It's okay but it's no Doctor Who.
No doubt but there is none other beeste comparable to the mightie dragon in awsome power and majestie, and few so worthie of the diligent studies of wise men - Gildas Magnus, Ars Draconis, 1465

I haven't begun to see the old episodes, but I will soon. When i have more time.
I love Rose more than Martha I'm afraid. I was surprised too, but Martha seems so sarcastic and I don't know. Yet again, you're speaking with the person who just started crying at the season's end, shocking the guy friends I was watching it with, they ridiculed me for ages!
I do love the new shows too. All that sharp picture and fancy new gadgets.

You do realise baki that Jhn simms wasnt the Doctor and never will be?
I heard a roumer that Tennant quits halfway through next season
Although I do want a woman doctor...
think of the fun they could have with that, I mean he was shocked enough when his teeth chnaged but to see th doctor conqure heels?
never going to happen though...
This years Xmas episode was dissapointing though... I hope it not a sign that the end is in sight but I really want to see how he ends up with Donna again next season.
My mission in life is to make YOU smile

no! david tennant can't quit! He'll be killed by crazed fangirls!
A woman doctor would be awesome indeed. I mean, we already had a gay companion, now we need a girl doctor with GIRL POWER!
i missed the x-mas episode thanks to my parents, I can't wait to watch it.
