Smile Sequels to Heidi

Any of you ever read Heidi grows up and Heidi's children? It's written by Charles Tritten. They are the sequels to Heidi, written by Johanna Spyri.

i read Heidi Grows Up. i remember thinking it terribly good, and to my pre-teen mind very romantic. didn't know that there was a third book, though.

sequles to hiedi

i read both books and though i liked them ,i thought they wer'nt so faithful to the first book. for one ,in the first book hiedi has black hair and black snapping eyes and in the two coming after it charles changed her to blue and blond. besides making peter grow up from a lazyish ignorent boy to a very reliable and inteligent husband. though romance is nearly always justified in my eyes.

Johanna Spyri wrote two sequels to Heidi herself. In the first one she studies in a boarding school and in the second one she becomes a teacher herself. I've read both of them in Finnish (I think I actually have them somewhere in this house...), but unfortunately I've no idea what they would be in English
