I'm not sure I'm reading correctly, but from what I can see, Resurrection was published in 1901? I'm sorry to post here, it seems as though you all discuss books, but I have a different question and am not sure where to start - We found a copy (not in great condition) of Resurrection in a bookshelf of my great grandmothers - there is a copywrite date of 1899 - and then inside it appears that Tolstoy has written: "I give my permission for Dodd Meed & Company to Publish" - I need to know if 1901 is the actual publication date and if I should have somebody look at this book - if so - who?? Thanks!
