Exclamation autobiographical features in his works

Hi everybody,
I am working on my thesis "Autobiographical features in Twain´s works" - and I should find these features in these books: "Huck Finn, Pudd'Nhead Wilson and THE MAN THAT CORRUPTED HADLEYBURG". Please, have you got any ideas that could help me? I am also looking for the general themes in his works - the river Mississippi, slavery, black race... what else do you think? Thank all of you for any help!
