A Midsummer Night's Dream

I am now reading A Midsummer Night's Dream
and i find a little thing that i don't really understand , in this
drama i found that Lysander called Helena as Helen . Why is so?
Is there any hidden relationship ?

i think this is not an important thing ,just wondering .So just feel free give me some idea about this . Thanks

Besides , i would like to know what kind of questions are frequently asked
about this play ? (i am preparing this play for my certificate exam in high school) Thanks

There really is nothing "relationship" type stuff going on between those two.
One of the main Questions i find ,having done the play and read it many times, is Should puck be played by a guy or girl i would really like to know. It bugs the hell out of me. The only other thing i can think of is that The carpenter ,if played by a woman, would have an attraction to bottom and sorta find love in the end. Shaky has been know to have minor parts fall in love to add to the drama.
