Has anyone read this?
I was a bit surprised to see that there were no topics posted in this subforum. Has anyone read this story ("Hadji Murad")? If so, I would very much like to discuss it with others. If not, I recommend that you read it.

teaching company
I just finished a Teaching Company series on the Western Literatury Cannon. The Profesor was a guy from UNLV who went to Oxford I think it was. Any way, he rated Hadji Murad as the single best book in that tradition. Ya, I want to read it, just haven't got that far.
