I think Captain Nemo is an Indian, I am not sure, I'll have to go check, by the way I am new here just saying hi to all

There are several versions. In the original Capt. Nemo was depicted as A Russian. later It was changed as an In Indian prince. In one of the translations -English= Nemo is nephew of Tippoo Sultan. In the other version it appears that he was a Hindu prince. His name Dakkar (Tagore) is the same in both English versions.
