Red Queen

I'm seeking what I thought was a Red Queen quote from Through the Looking Glass: "the law is what I say it is". Unfortunately, I can't find it. What error am I making?
Thank you all, Martin Harris

From Chapter 2

"I don't know what you mean by YOUR way,' said the Queen: 'all the ways about here belong to ME--but why did you come out here at all?' she added in a kinder tone. 'Curtsey while you're thinking what to say, it saves time."

Maybe you're thinking of Humpty Dumpty?

In Through the Looking Glass:

`When I use a word,' Humpty Dumpty said, in rather a scornful tone, `it means just what I choose it to mean -- neither more nor less.'
