    okay, firstly i want to say, this book was abosolutely fab. I'm like.. thirteen... I read it when I was 12.. and so far i've read it like whoa.. many times. It may be a wee bit boring to some, but it really depends on how you look at it. I mean, Leorux stands so central on viewpoints... in fact.. he gives you like all of them, it's up to the reader to decide. You could finish it and call it a trashy romantic novel, or one of the best! Erik to you could be just a murderer, and nothing more, or he could be the deepest character that existed. THe story could be jsut very basic, like beuty and the beast. Or it could look on all the outlooks of a man's suffering... it's totally up to what YOU see. I've yet to see the play [sadly]... I live in Singapore.. hah... so yeah.. n I don't care what anyone says but... O.G WAS REAL!!!! ^^;;
