I cannot help but question your intentions as to whether you are asking just for help or to understand the concept in its entirety. All you need to know is the russian revolution with Stalin and Trotsky, and even with out the fore kowledge of the russian revolution, the flaws in a realistic communistic society are evidently sown by the course of the book. it all has to do with power.
