My grandparents give each of us money to buy our own gifts, which we then have to show them what we got on Christmas Day. Works for me!

Also bought THE LANGSTON HUGHES READER, but it's a gift for my good friend. I'll probably have to borrow it at some point.

I asked for WISE BLOOD by Flannery O'Connor and will probably get it- other than that, we'll see. My family generally has good taste, we'll see if they pull through.
