I feel like the end should come soon the writeing to be done. The autom leaf has fallen off the willow. The end may just come before the adventure starts..... Should I end it now?

    I made a turn
    as I saw run
    take up a jump
    across a bump
    slightely terrained
    over a flump
    that sat and watched
    as rain came down
    to wash the pun
    it may never try
but when it does it sigh
    it is just that
    good
    it fly

    The spot
    has spots
    of its own
    so make up
    a poem
    to cover them
    with makeup
Before sunlight can shine through a window, the blinds must be raised - American Proverb

and I'm lossing myself to myself
you'll see, drifting away upon the sea.

Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before. ~ Edgar Allan Poe

The moth landed on an old shirt of mine
That I don't much care for anyway.
He stayed in one place for at least a day.
    I guess he's doing fine.

    After you're done being clever,
Come and sit down for a while,
We'll talk about the wind and throw arrows at the sky,
Or maybe, we'll just watch the clouds.

So, when you're done with all the acting,
Come here, and take up some space.
We'll let the minutes fall somewhere up on the wall.
Or maybe, we'll just watch the clouds.

Self-pity is a hobby of mine,
It comes in waves, it moves like wind,
    It wants what's out there,
But by its nature is lazy.

Self-contained and selfish like a pillow
It rests upon the long ago and not having,
The dreams rustle like an arrow
Like a bird that lost its wings.

Then the smoke arrives and calls it quits
    But realizes it never fits.
And the words fail, and leave a trail,
Then it's time to find new wings.

The world's much bigger than my mind
Can understand. There is a way.
    I'll rest, let intuition find
The fresh renewal waiting here today.

When the seas danced and said hello and told me more than I need to know
I said, hey seas, and waved a lot, wondering what the future brought,
Then the waves splashed and brought me down, leading to this silly frown

I got down by the waves, and that makes no sense at all.
The waves will rise and they will fall.

Damn, this sounds like a crappy country song.

Be careful how you think, or rather, how thoughts think you.
Those masters of deceit will embrace and deny you.

They will move like snakes, they squiggle, they own you.
They exclude in a way to include themselves inside of you.

They are tricksters, with a wand, lying to you.
The rabbit is an elephant, they tell you.

Then they cry, oh how well I have fooled you.
But it was them all along, the makers of you.

Are there any new sentiments then?
    Anything fresh? I guess not.

What seems unique has passed through a million others.
But it is new and fresh to you or me.

Then let's go with that. I haven't the time. I have no interest,
and also it is impossible, to know what others have tangled with.

I'll listen and you beat those wings.

    Artificial Intelligence: Thinking It Thought

    I thought I had a thought today
    When Someone turned me on
And made me jump around and play
    And ultimately made me say,
"Too bad. That thought is gone."

I bought the paper but only for the funnies and the crossword,
those New York Times are tough,
I got a few then had enough,
Glanced over the news, what's the point?
Wait, 7 - down, an oenophile?

    spin the dice
    see it fly
    across the strand
    numbers cross
    chances gloss
    and
    once it stops
    triple sec
    is what comes next
    it may never try
but when it does it sigh
    it is just that
    good
    it fly
