Does anyone know where to learn more about modern military doctrines and military strategies, specifically spec-ops and anti-terrorism strategy and tactics? Or potentially how to contact someone that does know about these things?

I get all the information I want about that in Military.com, channel 287, Direct TV, and it is fairly extensive and as complete as you are going to get it. Lots of history and future proyections, trainings and weapons.
