    Spent...

    pearl dreams and
    songless fear cupped with
    difference of
    voice and
    stilled spin, and float-
    all that risen and sinking glow...
    No distance and space,
    unnamed;
    all powers begin in a shade of
    roots and entwined words in circles...
    roses bloom on fences like
    sun falling behind
    in quiet standing and wooden gaze
    of ease
    and slow bleeding.
    .........

    Wow, this is exquisite. I'm surprised that there isn't more feedback. And I was very pleasantly surprised when I read this piece. I love the words used. There is such gorgeous natural imagery that flows so well together. Breathtaking.

    I am glad you liked it this well... it is always a lovely thing to be appreciated and it feels very good indeed if the appreciation is something like yours...
