    I'm tired, tuck me in
    And gently close the door
    Tip toe down the stairs
    Don't bother me no more,
Do not trouble me with war
    Acid attacks
    LGBT or Q
    Or an armoury of anthrax
    I'm tired let me relax
And watch the hands go round
    I'm lost in now
    I want familiar ground
    And the garden sound
    Of laughter, screams
    A once upon a time
    Sleep apnoea dreams.
    Then a happy ever after,
    A happy ever after
    A warm and heavy quilt
    A family passed away
But no more f ucking guilt.

    For those who believe,
    no explanation is necessary.
    For those who do not,
    none will suffice.

    Enjoyed this poem.
Our task must be to free ourselves by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and its beauty
