Exclamation Cat on a Hot Tin Roof - Help

Hi I am a student currently studying Cat on a Hot Tin Roof by Tennessee Williams
The assessment which I am studying for involves a discussion of the film in comparison to the text and I was just wondering if anybody has any examples of high scoring essays? Any insight into the text is welcome!

    Thank you so much

The movie version of "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" bowdlerized some of the more explicit references to Brick's homosexuality that were in the play. The love triangle between Brick, Skipper and Maggie is central to the play's drama and becomes inexplicable without the theme of "unholy love".

    Hi Livi,

If you read the play and watch the film, then jot down the differences that you have noticed between both, that will give you a good starting point. It is worth remembering that when the film was made, certain topics (for example, homosexuality) were not able to be depicted openly due to censorship laws.
