Did the original "Illiad" rhyme?

This question baffles me. I know that it uses the dactylic hexameter but did the original "Illiad" rhyme? The reason I ask is because I have two translations - a Polish one and an English one. The Polish one rhymes, while the English one doesn't. Also, does the modern Greek version rhyme or not?

It's the same with Euripides' "Iphigenia at Aulis". The Polish translation rhymes and the English one does not and I'm trying to figure out why is that? If the original author didn't intend for it to rhyme, then I see no reason why I should read a version that does.
