    Some of these comments remind me of a book I read recently called All the Light We Cannot See, which is about (among other things) a blind woman living in St Malo during the Nazi occupation.

    The auditory, you can put me in a prison for a whole life with music for instance.m very sensitive to sounds.
    However,i have been told once that what remains in our memory is the smell
    and recently i read that the olfactory nerve goes directly to the Amygdala So I learned to smell myself
