    Hello

    Quick introduction about myself.

My favorite authors: Proust, Gaddis, Kafka, Foucault, and Derrida.

I am passionate about a wide range of subjects and ideas and would love to meet individuals like myself.

Currently reading: Life: A User's Manual by Perec.

Hello, Blanchot. Welcome and I hope you have fun.

I can't say your favourite authors are mine, but I did enjoy Life: A User's Manual enough to buy the French text, although I've only looked at a few chapters.

What amused me there was something ineffably French about the whole thing, and yet Perec came across as very Anglophiliac, if that's the word. There was a reference to the local provincial newspaper in the area where I grew up, which amused me.

No it isn't. The word is anglophile.
