Yeah, several, though probably his most metaphysical is the sortofnovel Invisible Cities...

Philip K. Dick is accurately considered the American Borges and has written many metaphysical short stories. Minority Report, We Can Remember It for You Wholesale, Impostor, and The Turning Wheel are all excellent.
