Hello,
in several place of the www there is a quotation which is said by Charles Dickens:

“If Husain had fought to quench his worldly desires…then I do not understand why his sister, wife, and children accompanied him. It stands to reason therefore, that he sacrificed purely for Islam.”

And in several cases there is a literature reference: "Charles Dickens' Miscellanies, p. 61" I think its not complete.

I tried to find it in the Bentley'd Miscellanies on https://archive.org/search.php?query...lany%20dickens ... But I didn't find it at all.

Is there a work of Ch. Dickens with the title "Charles Dickens' Miscellanies"?

Can anybody help me to check it, i.e. if it is from Ch. Dickens - and where exactly it is to find.

Thank you for your efforts
