Hello people. I was wondering if anybody's interested in discussing the themes of shakespeare's As you like it.
By far I've got these:
-the court life versus the country life,
-comparisons of the different relationships portrayed: Orlando and Rosalind's, Touchstone and Audrey's..
- the healing power of nature, the forest of Ardenne,
-jealousies and hatred created in the court,
-comparison of the practical views of Rosalind and Touchstone..

Moreover, I keep thinking if Touchstone has any significance in the play. He's witty and presents the pragmatic side of individuals whereas, Orlando and Silvius(and later Oliver) present the lovesick individuals.
