Another poem (in ancient Greek it is called chiasme)

What do you think about this? I wrote it a while ago, when I went to Roma.

Just like birds that fly in harmony
to an opened roof of Rome's Patheon,
that slighty lit passes on the sun,
no stars though when the evening falls...

    my sparkling heart suddenly levitates
when I leave my light-faced dreams behind
and awoken I confess eternal love
    to your mind enchanting womans-eyes.

A very beautiful poem! Are you reflecting the lines of the first stanza with the corresponding lines of the second? I've never been to, or even studied much about Rome, so it sort of confuses me. :-? (especially the 3rd line of the 1st stanza)
Hwæt! We Gar-Dena in geardagum,/Þeodcuninga þrum gefrunon,/hu ða æþelingas ellen fremedon!
Oft Scyld Scefing sceaþena þreatum,/ monegum mægþum, meodosetla ofteah,/ egsode eorlas, syððan ærest wearð/ feasceaft funden; he þæs frofre gebad,/ weox under wolcnum, weorðmyndum þah,/ oðþæt him æghwylc þara ymbsittendra/ofer hronrade hyran scolde,/gomban gyldan. Þæt wæs god cyning!

    Thanks!

    ps.

The Roman Pantheon is one of the most perfect achievements of Roman architecture and has inspired Michelangelo when he constructed his basilica san pietro. As a temple for all gods, the Pantheon is built as a giant dome with in middle of it a hole, through which the sunlight - and rain, and birds - comes in on a very impressive way.

This is what Michelangelo said about it, secretly referring to himself:

    'Disengo angelico e non umano'
