From Cave Hira to World – From Ramadhan to Holy Quran – From Distress to Reformation.
Peace be on you. Prior to the grant of commsion by God, the man with humble heart used to go to a mountain cave named Hira to pray in seclution to seek revival for humanity in distress. There then once, God sent an angel with His message for him and for the world. It was in a month of Ramadhan - The Ramadhan.
The month of Ramadhan comes many times in the life time of a Muslim. Revelation of Holy Quran was started in this month and continued for about 23 years. Every year, the already revealed portion was revised by God through Angel. In his last year, Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) received revision twice. Holy Quran and Ramadhan are interlinked:
‘The month of Ramadhan is that in which the Quran was sent down as a guidance for mankind with clear proofs of guidance and discrimination. Therefore, whosoever of you is present (at home) in this month, let him fast therein. But whoso is sick or is on a journey, (shall fast) the same number of other days. Allah desires (to give) you facility and He desires not hardship for you, and that you may complete the number, and that you may exalt Allah for His having guided you and that you may be grateful.’ (ch.2-v.186)
Every year, Ramadhan come and encourages the believers to get benefits from Holy Quran by reading, reflecting and practicing it. It means increasing the quality of worship of God and taking care of rights of people, with sense of sacrifice. All this leads to beneficence of nearness of God in this life and in the Hereafter and peace for self and peace for the world around.

There then once God sent angel with His message for him and for the world. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) was required to come out of cave and to deliver the peace-message of Unity of God and human rights to world outside the cave…..Every Ramadhan reminds us this lesson. For that believers have to keep in view the blessed model of Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h.) and his companions for ever-continue service.
To be able to do so, believers are granted the opportunity in the form of Ramadhan to overhaul themselves by internal audit of their own selves. The reformation process of Promised Messiah seeks self reforms and delivery of true message of peace to the whole wolrd by filling humbleness and patience in believers.
The Muslim world at large is in all sorts of troubles. The Promised Messiah diagnosed their weakness and suggested the home-remedy. He said they know that Holy Quran is their cure, they must follow it too:
They know that the Holy Qur’an is the key to all successes and which should be followed. Yet, no, it is not even cared about! …Muslims should have had, and it is also important for them now, consider this spring a magnificent blessing and value it. Valuing it is in following it. They would then see how God Almighty would remove their problems and difficulties. If only the Muslims would understand and ponder that Allah the Exalted has created a virtuous path for them and they tread on it to avail of it.…………….. This distinction belongs to the Holy Qur’an alone that Allah the Exalted has given antidote for every illness in it and has given moral instructions for all faculties. Whatever evil has been made obvious, method to remove it has also been given. Therefore, continue to recite the Holy Qur’an and continue to pray and try and keep your conduct in accordance with its teaching.
May in this Ramadhan, believers get the blessings of Ramadhan by learning the wisdom of Holy Quran and applying it on their lives and receive grace of God for distribution to all humanity.
