Not bad at all as far as grasping the character goes. Although, unless you are going for an original pronunciation - which you are not here - it is scepter with a soft c not a hard one.

Also, the tone you take with Richard is more fitting to his speeches in Act V. I think, and mind you this is my personal interpretation, he is still more confident at this point - even at the point of defeat. Notice how much power he invests in himself as he hands over he crown - that it is he, not Harry, who is brining this on. Until the moments before his death, Richard has extreme confidence that he is always right, and at this moment, he really manages to turn his audience to his side - that Harry is completely in the wrong here.
