    re: Lol! i had to smile at your kind reception of my PC poem precariously composed in anger on the tablet, because the PC itself took all the day updatingand I couldn't work on it.
    Cute Haiku!

    The sun is playing
    hide and seek with the clouds
    tired birds abound

    "tired birds" lol !

    Pepperoni Pizza

    How happy is the dreamy pizza !
    Are you concerned by how many toppings it has ?
    Does it tear you apart to see a pizza so hysterical ?

    Many pepperoni slices !
    Bathing in double cheese and tomato sauce - enticing.
    Cooked to order: SM MED LG FHE

    One can also order pizza sticks.
    Pizza sticks look like fingers.
    Dip them in Ranch dressing, the pizza sticks too.
    Now, unhealthy is just a thing.
    Makes me wonder if pizza sticks are.

    For Father's Day (Dada)

    Father, how make unpleasant be;
    Thorns, your incisive thorns;
    That account however is not
    Sharp;
    Neither does it.
    Sad thing now thorns does is all thorns are;
    The astute are dull by mute thorns just it? like happy;
    Is are the sea sings;
    The sea !s all.

    Jack and the chocolate cake
    A Villanelle by Danik 2016

    Jack couldn't stop thinking about the cake
    It was just so soft and yummy
    But he could never forget his mistake,
    That morning, Jack devoured a cake so fake
    He got himself a swollen tummy
    Jack couldn't stop thinking about the cake

    Later, Jack was spooked by a steak
    He thought the situation had become rather crummy
    But he could never forget his mistake

    Jill said, the cake wasn't such a great fake
    Said his mind had become too
    Jack couldn't stop thinking about the cake

    Jack decided to do something opaque
    The cake was becoming too gummy
    But he could never forget his mistake.

    Jack nosedived like a bloody rake
    His mind became dangerously funny
    Jack couldn't stop thinking about the cake
    But he could never forget his mistake.

    (lol) Jack & Jill and the deep fake cake

    A Man Who Liked Drink

    There once was a man who liked drinking.
    He said, "See the lovely blinking!"
    It was rather glittery,
    But made him quite jittery,
    He couldn't say no to the sinking.

    A Man Who Liked Telly

    There once was a man who liked telly.
    He said, "Look, it's the great Ernest Fanelli !"
    To him it was quite new,
    Though not totally untrue,
    As he blended his bananas with vitelli.

    Lol! Trying to figure out a toddling tardigrade.

    Late llamas leering superciliously
    Laughing silently with curled lips
    Leave lordly leeches speechlessly.

    (lol) I have no idea if tardigrades even perambulate, let alone toddle or traipse. Found out that some are cannibalistic (tummy takers (sic)) though.

    Love your tercet - and lawsy, lawsy, mas alliteration !!! ( https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/lawsy )

    3-Cats - A Silly Tanka Poem 57577

    I love my three cats
    They're so soft and cuddly; not
    Like a tardigrade
    They love their catnaps until
    I roll over in my bed

    A Seaside frame of mind...

    Dog Track Rap

    There once was a young lass who rapped.
    She liked dogs which she handicapped.
    It was rather much,
    But not Pennsylvania Dutch,
    She just couldn't allow them to be lapped.

    One of my favorite poems by Emily Dickinson: I'm Nobody! Who are you? -
    plunged through a plethora of google translations from one language to another (until it gagged) ending finally back in English:

    Amazing boogba

    I'm nobody! who are you
    And you - nothing -?
    Then we have a partner!
    Don't tell me! They advertised - you know!

    How dark - to be human!
    How is the population - like a frog -
    Tell them your name - June for the rest of your life -
    Amazing boogba

    lol - I was hoping for something weirder, but google wasn't cooperating... may continue to play with it going from romance languages to oriental languages to... who knows, maybe Klingon to Elvish (Quenya) and back

    Since Emily's poems are so often titled by her first lines I thought it fitting for the new rendition to use the last line for the title.
