    Poor Noble!

    For example

    For example, they didn't cry
    they were never late
They didnīt dance to the music
They always dreamed in black and white,
They didnīt know about silver lined clouds.

    For example, they existed
in (not multiple) shades of grey.
    They never ever stole strawberries,
    or run away from home.
    For example...

    Another enigma ! Well done

    an awkward age

what an awkward age this is
    the difference of two squares
as if to join two circles too
    soon embrace eternity

    So true !

    An Anonymous Man Named Tommy

Tommy was a man who sang off key
It was with the scales his voice would disagree
Because he sang in the cracks
    His mid-notes came out quacks
Was told he'd be better off with a laryngectomy

    An Anonymous Woman called Eileen

There was an anonymous woman called Eileen.
Eileen had a dream: a husband that was nonymous!
He could even be somewhat ominous,
and he needn't be at all luminous.
So she married James John Henry Richard George Kimberly
    After ascertaining carefully
    That he wasnīt a member
    Of the British Royal Family.

    tofu / an acrostic

    organic and ornamental necessity from
Oslo to Ostend, from Ontario to Orinoco River!
    Daringly delicious!

    An Anonymous Man Named Toddy

There once was a man quite contented
Infused with brewer's yeast was he augmented
    He was always quite tickled,
    Because he was pickled,
He just couldn't resist being fermented

    There was an anonymous tree
That offered its shadow for free.
    Itīs name was Lenny
    And its flowers were many
But they didnīt go to any.

    re-imagining everlong

    Charlie was an ebullient billabong
a poetic space amidst nature's sweet song
'till word got out and she became disenchanted
of mortal man - her peace supplanted -
'til Tethys heard of her plight and thereby abides everlong
    - with a throng of crocs sufficiently slanted

Finally got into the forum (Windows 10 Updating for about 6 hours without my permission)!

Enjoyed the rock of Foo Fighters, link was very helpful. Some difficulty with the slang of the poem though.

    An Anonymous Man Named Georg

Georg was a man who often parried
He engaged in fencing but was always harried
    He failed at the lunge
    His riposte was a sponge
So being foiled he soon was buried

    An anonymous city called X...

    There once upon a time..
not ten years ago, neither nine
    there was an anonymous city
that wasnīt neither ugly nor pretty.
    But her population
    with such humble destination
    Dreamed of being notorious.

    Marks the spot !

    Everyone's an Art Critic

I had a love, a love who loved dots
braille, Morse code, polka dots her lot
'til I bought her a facsimile of a Seurat
an expression of my love, I thought -
but she wasn't impressed, said "what
was the point?"... and dot was dot

on elfin geese’ truths rotund ships burn

    light - how high noon lake fog ebbs;
wends to tow shy bushy bug's refreshment

truths who deed run to rut intuition refines -
    shows heart's honor outpour catch capacity;
turns unity green, like dew can
