"I seemed to have sensed also from an early age that some of my experiences as a reader would change me more as a person than would many an event in the world where I sat and read. "

Loved your new take on Shelley!
Truth:
hearts dew
refreshing shy bushy bugs,
greening the landscape.

Thanks for the link on Seurat. I didn't know how young he was when he, and his children, passed.
I tried Morse code for the dots for maybe an acrostic understanding: ess5ie v ? (some interesting google hits, but nothing concrete; my favorite: https://www.google.com/search?q=ess5...id:7xY02X3kqK8 )... Then thought maybe a concrete poem... OR just nonsense !? lol
I like your reduction/reimagining for Truth:
on further reflection
unity - heart's fog
how bushy high ebbs;
wends refreshment
truths show like bug's light
shy outpouring refines capacity

Enjoyed your arrangement in "On further reflections"
I couldnīt access your You Tube link. The content appears and then immediately disappears.
Found some Pointillism links:

A Story Written in Stone
A lean triangular figure
projecting its shadow
on the sands of the desert.
A woman? A wandering spirit?
Itīs followed by a huge form:
A bear? A man? A giant?
In the rear a camel or maybe a mule.
The stone doesnīt offer answers,
just images.

Some observations from your links that caught my eye:“[…] in reality, the dots of pure unmixed colour are not actually combined by the human eye, which still sees them as separate colours. However, they do appear to oscillate or vibrate, creating a type of shimmer.” (Encyclopedia of Art History, n.d.).From one of your google links - Sothebys.com: Pointillism: 7 Things You Need to Know... https://www.sothebys.com/en/articles...u-need-to-know“[…] the perception of three-dimensionality is acquired through a process of experimentation, by which we repeatedly move our bodies and engage haptically with surrounding objects, while simultaneously receiving a series of visual and ocular-motor sensations.” (Foa, 2015, pp. 22-23)

Your poem is wonderful !
Just slightly off topic is a fascination I have with stone/pebble/mosaic art: https://www.google.com/search?q=artw..._AUoAXoECAIQAw

Thanks!
Enjoyed pebble art. Going to try my hand on it. Just must discover what kind of glue to use.
Pebble Destiny
A hand moves a pebble
on a white leaf of paper.
The precarious creatures it creates
Claim a life of their own.
The tumult reaches the author
who rips the white leaf.
But each fragment
subsists.

Love this poem
Mine: still a little clunky, albeit a bit better than the original... room for another edit or two:
Autumn Leaves / an acrostic
Autumnal frosts nap at first as
Ubiquitous gold and brown leaves begin to fall
Tiny nips on one's nose come November mean
Unseasonal frosts and the rain spells
Morning naps, resting near the wood stove
Nesting instincts trade jeans for sweats
Light frosts will crown leaf mounds with diadems
Ethereal in their autumnal display
Abbreviated when Autumn leaves soon enough with
Variable snow flurries falling late to signal an
Early winter to laud the Christmas season -
Symbolic of a new beginning

Oh my! Was away but forgot to log out.
Defective haiku
C vitamin, good food
and keeping warm enough.
Wish you a quick recovery!

An Anonymous Man Named Danvers
There once was a old man who laughed.
He said, "See my lovely spacecraft!"
It was rather grand,
But very hard to land
You see it relied on a pogo stick shaft

Googled "pogo stick shaft"
Advent times
December
Month of extremes
Icy cold or hot as a dessert
Among the people endlessly rushing
through the main streets
A mad Santa Claus
His bag packed
With next years destinies.

Enjoyed
An Anonymous Man Named Rolf
There once was a man named Rolf
Who loved to play nighttime golf
Though the playing was hazy
It was the full moon made him crazy
Chasing golf balls gamboling as a wolf

Hoping he gets some anonymous sleep!
The louse
There was a small lose
so anonymous
she didnīt even have a name.
This small louse
so anonymous
she didnīt even have a name
Attacked a mouse.
And this small louse
so anonymous
she didnīt even have a name
which attacked a mouse.
grew powerful.
She gave birth
to innumerous
anonymous louses.
And the mouse
became their house.
