I opened my eyes to a bright white light shining directly down at me. For a moment I wondered if i were dead but then aches and sharp pains hit me like a wave of realization. I defiantly was not dead. I sat up as best as could and surveyed the room. I was in what appeared to be hospital bed, aside me was gleaming metal tray holding rusty knives, scissors and something resembling a pizza cutter. The floor was hard linoleum and the walls were brick which appeared to have been freshly painted white. The only light in the room was the one hanging above me and there seemed to be no doors either. As I took a second glance around the room a sharp pang ran through my arm I looked down to see a series of stitches running from my wrist to my elbow. I stared at it in awe. I tried to clear my head, tried to remember why I was here, but it was useless. I couldn't remember a thing. All I knew now was that I had to get out of here, fast.
