Obviously, Dickens wrote this book very carefully, so as to accurately portray the situation during the time preceding and during the French Revolution. It is a very well-written novel that contains a wide variety of emotions. To simply say that it is a bad book signifies an ignorant and narrow-minded reading of the text. The key is to read between the lines, and apply it to the actual situation of the time period.
