I have never read any full-length philosophical works and I would like to start, but I am not sure where. Does anyone have recommendations for where to begin?

Most people starts with Plato's Apology, I guess
Have you read any Intro or History to Philosophy type books. If not then I suggest read Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder or Bertrand Russells History of Western Philosophy. However if you are looking for full length philosophical treatise, then I guess Russells Problems of Philosophy is a good start or, Boethius's Consolation of Philosophy. I would suggest go for works of any philosopher of analytic tradition (Hume, Popper, Locke, Bentham, Russell)
Philosophy means "love of wisdom", and the wisest thing one should attempt to do is think for oneself. Perhaps a good place to start would be with a little book of universal philosophy like The Prophet by Khalil Gibran.
