I know a poem but don't know where it is from or who it is by. It may be in a children's story book. If anyone can tell me the who and the what and the where of this I will be extremely grateful and will repay you with jokes and funny noises.

high over the hills far over the sea fly with the small birds flow with the breeze go with your heart where would you rome but back to the rose colored stones you would call home

where faded summers will echo again brown autumn trees or springs gentle rain shadows are falling across woodlands you know so rest weary one in the warm firelight glow

Any ideas?
