    Propaganda

How can you make propaganda from a new 10th edition "dictionary" if you and very few other people do but no one else does?

How will people understand if they do not have the literature for it and it does not come out for months.

Winstons friend gives him this dictionary that a very few people have, and tells Winston that he should rewrite the propaganda bc its not up to date.

Also if propaganda should be updated everytime the literature changes, does propaganda need to be rerwitten every time?

And would there be any need for the propaganda? When the language is pure, and there is no way how to express dangerous thoughts (for example there is no longer way to express "freedom, love" in their original meaning). By the same logic, you donīt have to make propaganda anymore, because there is just one truth represented by the Party and there is literally no way how to express some statement opposite the Party ideas.

So the slogans would be the same after 10th editions, but some new words would not be used in their old meaning a every mention in the papers and books in their old meaning would be rewritten. And then the same process until they change all they need.
