Well, in the passing, the "I" of the poem gained some cheer as well!
You haven't shown up for a while and come back so depressed? You should keep with this forum's company, we all speak of death these days. It must be fall. And after all, death is our daily lot, alas.
Take care, and upon this rock dance to the end of pain, invent your life, be a living temple of... of whatever is your highest will.
(you don't need the comma in the last line after "all")

By the way, like the new avatar. Reminds me of a painting by Braque. Blue sky and a ripe cornfield, a tiny painting shaped like a letterbox, but well lit, so it caught the eye from across the gallery. Blue and yellow, my favourite combination of complimentary colours.

hey everyone thank you, I haven't been feeling too good for a while so I haven't been writing or anything or even reading or chatting much till recently. And hawk thanks, I took that picture out over by my mailbox on a boring day haha. Anyhow I'll try to post a bit more often if I can.

short and morbid. can't say that I dislike it, but suicide as subject matter is always a stomach turner for me. Why not post more?
