    1. Oats with blueberries and maple syrup.
    2. Bacon, eggs and toast.
    3. Grapenuts.

    Depends on age. But on a regular basis, 1 or 3.
    3 is best. 1 would be as good if it weren't for the syrup. Use toasted carob to sweeten both a little.
