Call me superficial, at my age, when it comes to men, I am only worried about the surface...I spent my first 40 years worrying about the depth of the soul.

Oh, you know you're cute; but actually, this is one of Bowies less Queen kind of moments and the Labyrinth pics were always personal favorites of mine

My grandfather always used to say "Beauty is only skin deep; but, ugly cuts down to the bone!"

He was a brilliant man. (although, like me, severely undereducated)

I do not mean to offend any straight NFL fans (is there a such thing as non-straight NFL fans? :P) but my gaydar has been subtly going up (not the only thing going up) while watching the non-game specials on the NFL network. The obsessions with the body and the "beautiful" and "eloquent" moves with all of that muscle and sweat and power. The body building commercials. The immersion of praise of practices of good sportsmanship, such as butt slapping, hugging and just rolling around on the field after being tackled into a pile of big powerful men.

Yeah I'm digging too far into this.

Are you trying to imply that there is something homoerotic about contact sports? What an outlandish proposition.

    Yes.

    EDIT:

If this is not photoshopped, then it is the funniest coincidental picture I have come across in a long time.

Your grandfather sounds like a great mind; I find we see things alot more clearly as we age...we realize how important superficiality is. A great mind is a wonderful asset; but it is of little use when the lights are out.

Oh yes, baby, I know nothing of football; but I love watching those sweaty men move around the grass.

And another thing: do their pants really have to be that tight, especially around the butt area? I mean, I get the practical aspect... don't want your opponents grabbing you by your pants and dragging you down -- but honestly? Who goes for the butt? (present company excluded of course...)

It can get pretty rough out there. One never knows where ones hands may end up. . . . .

    Speaking of sports.....

I lost interest in basketball when the shorts went from this:

    To this:
    "Veni, Vidi, Veggi"
    "I came, I saw, I had a salad"

No big loss, I don't much care for men who are way taller than me anyway.

If there was less blood and violence in UFC, I could probably get into it.

Although, to roughly quote Janet from the Rocky Horror Picture Show, "I don't like a man with too many muscles."

Yeah, UFC is always really gay looking.

It can't be a coincidence that Vancouver and Montreal are the only cities where it's legal.
