thank you Steph, Happy Easter to you too.

"But do you really, seriously, Major Scobie," Dr. Sykes asked, "believe in hell?"
    "Oh, yes, I do."
    "In flames and torment?"
"Perhaps not quite that. They tell us it may be a permanent sense of loss."
"That sort of hell wouldn't worry me," Fellowes said.
"Perhaps you've never lost anything of importance," Scobie said.

Happy Easter everyone, time for an excruciatingly long family dinner.

    Happy Easter, eveybody!

I'm very happy, because I received Dracula, Frankenstein, and the Complete Works of Edgar Allan Poe as some sort of 'Easter gift.'

Happy Easter, Resurrection Day, Generic Spring Festival, Just-Some-Kind-Of-Day-That's-An-Excuse-To Get-Drunk-Day,Sunday or whatever spring-related festivities you might celebrate!

If you believe even a half of this post, you are severely mistaken.

Thanks - at first I wanted to get his Tales of the Grotesque and Arabesque, but then I found out that this one includes all of his poems, too.

Al Aaraaf is a good one.

I LOVE this holiday. It's my favourite, I love it more than halloween and yule, they're all about death (but they're still great... it's just that there's only so much sombre activities that one girl can take). Easter's about rebirth, it's fantastic. I just wish that the weather would comply; my stupid little town is still frozen, no spring shoots this holiday. I'm going stir-crazy from the lack of spring activities, and I'm seriously lacking in vitamin D. What's easter without dandilion salad, I ask you?!?

Happy Easter to all forum members!
