Hi, Auntie,
I'm afraid that repeating yourself and spouting the same stuff is the inevitable fate of teachers, who have to do so, year after year, as each new intake of aspiring students, or in this case, writers, passes before them. Some will listen, some will learn, and others will not. (Personally, I always reserve the right to disagree, on the grounds that I'm a literary genius ) Many become friends, I'm glad to say.
Thanks again for the bump, friend Schecky. Two comments did feel a bit light, given the quality of the piece, allowing for some minor failings in punctuation and the occasional typo. I guess the presentation, previously explained, put many people off, so one wonders how many of the recorded hits on the thread constitute readings, as opposed to clicking on and then off again in the face of an unbroken wall of text. It's nice to be reassured that people have actually read it.
Snowy: I can confirm that crusty pies are indeed a feature of the culinary delights to be found on these shores, though I don't personally make them. However, I can't speak with any authority as to what meat might comprise their fillings!
