Crystal. I just don't like it.

I kept looking, forcing myself not to blink, and then the brightness began to dissolve. My pupils shrunk to pinholes and everything came into focus and for a moment I understood. ... yuck.
Naked except for a cigarette, you let your mind drift and forget your disbelief. Feel the chill down your back and the flutter of wings through dandelion fields, and forget the pull of gravity in a night without stars.

I lack eloquence and commitment to my arguments. They are half baked, and I will begin passionately, and then abandon them.

Max, I have never smelled the stench of cockroaches... I used to see them late at night walking, like in a parade on the curb in front of my house. Thankfully, I don't see them that often, now. Now I see centipedes. Furry creatures that zoom across my bedroom wall at night. Apparently they like to live in leaves, which I have plenty of.

i just reread my last post. It sounds like I live in a tent in a forest. Not so. Somehow these little critters make their way inside.
