I find that after the third pint of draft Guiness that I'm so much more relaxed.
For some reason it also gives me an appetite, especially for something like cabbage and bacon.
After, I sleep the sleep of the dead and wake up totally refreshed.

When I have a very stressful moment I start running. Nothing helps me better than doing sports, especially running. First of all I was uncertain if running would help me (I was never a sporty person), but after I tried (I started in february, I saw "silver linings") I realized, that it works much better than clean up my place or read a book or listen to music or something like that. Now I do sports almost every second day to stay in training, except I'm ill or if I'm not in the right physical shape (last week I had two locked vertebra and that wasn't so much fun). But I think there are no generalities against stress.

Music, simple as that. Singing it, listening to it.

Julie Andrews - a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down. You're absolutely right Darcy.

To reduce the stress I listen to music. The music has a power to take us to a new world. Depending upon the type of the music we became happy or ad. But I like to listen to melodies always but the sad will be by hearing the words not because of the real reason for the stress.
