If you could return in time, in which era would you return?
People always like to romanticise bygone days but if you were to live them you wouldn't find them nearly as romantic. I would go back just far enough to buy Apple Computer stock at a cheep price and retire at an early age.
What is your favorite cut of beef?
That which is made by my knife when dining. Whatever the cut, the meat must be very well done, preferably grilled, and never covered with steaksauce.
