    Google Image Game

    Here's how it works:

    1) We start with a word.

    2) Go to http://images.google.com and do a search for that word. Hopefully you get all kinds of interesting/weird/fun results!

    3) Post one of those images ... can be one that's especially unlike the word, unusual, weird, pretty, whatever you like ... probably best to avoid anything toooo huge. This isn't an 18+ thread, so I guess nothing toooo naughty here (maybe there could be another image search game that includes that if er, there is "demand" for it).

    4) The person who posts an image picks the next word.

If two people post a pic for the same word at about the same time, the next word should be the one named by whoever posted first, but sometimes words get lost in the shuffle, it's all good.

*** Edited by Logos 3 July 2008 to add: ***

Please see the below linked thread on how to post images to this thread.
    http://www.online-literature.com/for...ad.php?t=17798

Please avoid "hotlinking" to pics! This is considered bad netiquette, and, invariably results in images disappearing after a time [as you can see by so many posts here with no pic! ] because the person who's website the image was posted on has removed the pic and so it does not show in your post here anymore.

[ .... text and link removed because it was instructions on how to hotlink, and there was a dead link so pic was not showing anymore ]

Those well-built trig points, those physical determinants of parents, background, school, family, birth, marriage, death, love, work, are themselves as much in motion as I am. What should be stable, shifts. What I am told is solid, slips. The sensible strong ordinary world of fixity is folklore. The earth is not flat. Geometry cedes to Algebra. The Greeks were wrong."
